Bear Brook Balsam Bash Events

30 May & 13, 23, 27 June 2024

🌿 Join an upcoming Balsam Bashing Work Party!

What’s the problem? Himalayan balsam, an invasive plant, is taking over the Bear Brook and Stoke Brook, crowding out native flora and harming wildlife habitat.

🌱 How Can You Help?‍

Join us for a day of practical conservation work! We'll be walking along the streams, pulling out balsam plants before they can spread seeds, creating space for native plants to thrive.

All Welcome!
